I’m Sleeping Out on Shop Street for COPE Galway
On Friday, 5th December, I’m taking part in the COPE Galway Business Leaders Sleep Out. This annual event raises vital funds for COPE Galway’s homeless services.
COPE Galway provide more than just shelter. The funds raised through this event help provide nutritious meals, safe accommodation, practical essentials, and the wraparound supports people need to rebuild their lives and move out of homelessness.
For me, taking part is both a privilege and a responsibility. Having been blessed with so much, I believe giving back and serving those in need is the least we can do. This event is a simple way to stand in solidarity with those facing hardship in our community and to help make a tangible difference.
